Your tinnitus data never leaves your phone. Sylence has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. The only network traffic the app makes is purchase processing through Google Play.
Your matched tinnitus frequency and hearing profile, spike diary entries, sleep check-ins, quiet-test results, and app settings are stored locally on your device. We cannot see them, and they are never transmitted anywhere. The optional "Export my data" feature creates a file that you control and share at your own discretion. You can erase everything from inside the app at any time — see How to delete your data — and uninstalling deletes it too, unless you exported a backup or your device's own Google backup service preserved it.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Google Play. To validate purchases and manage entitlements we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), which receives purchase receipt information, a randomly generated app user identifier, and basic device information (such as device model, OS version, and app version). RevenueCat does not receive your tinnitus data, diary, or any health information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy and Google Play's terms at policies.google.com/privacy.
1. Data on your device — your tinnitus frequency and hearing profile, spike diary entries, sleep check-ins, quiet-test results, impact-check answers, and app settings. You can erase all of it yourself, immediately, without contacting us. Any of:
What the in-app erase deliberately keeps: your purchase or subscription status, the fact that you have already used the 7-day free trial, and how many of your five free notch days you have used. Erasing your data does not take away what you paid for, and does not hand out a fresh trial or a fresh set of free notch days. Uninstalling or clearing storage removes the local copy of both; a purchase can still be restored through Google Play afterwards. To remove the purchase record held off your device, see 2 below.
Note: if you previously used "Export my data", that exported file is yours and stays wherever you saved it — delete it separately. If your device's own Google backup service copied the app's data, remove it in your Google Account's backup settings.
2. Purchase data held by RevenueCat — the randomly generated app user identifier, purchase receipt information, and basic device information described above. To request deletion, email kyrillos25@gmail.com with the subject "Sylence data deletion request". Include the approximate purchase date so the record can be located — there is no account name to search, because Sylence has no accounts. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
3. What cannot be deleted on request. Google Play keeps its own record of transactions for billing, tax, refund, and legal purposes. Those records belong to Google, not to us, and are governed by Google's privacy policy — we cannot delete them on your behalf. Deleting your RevenueCat record may also mean a past purchase can no longer be restored to a new install.
The optional evening diary reminder is scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your phone.
Sylence is a sound-therapy and relief tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure tinnitus or any condition. If you have new, sudden, or one-sided tinnitus, consult an audiologist or physician.
Sylence is intended for adults — its Google Play target age group is 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

تردد الطنين المطابَق وملفك السمعي، وتسجيلات المذكرة اليومية، وتقييمات النوم، ونتائج اختبار الهدوء، وإعدادات التطبيق — كلها تُخزَّن محليًا على جهازك. لا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها، ولا تُرسَل إلى أي جهة. ميزة «صدّر بياناتي» الاختيارية تنشئ ملفًا تتحكم فيه وتشاركه وفق تقديرك. ويمكنك محو كل شيء من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت — راجع كيفية حذف بياناتك — كما أن حذف التطبيق يمحو هذه البيانات، ما لم تكن قد صدّرت نسخة احتياطية أو احتفظت بها خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي في جهازك.
تُعالَج الاشتراكات والمشتريات عبر Google Play. للتحقق من المشتريات وإدارة الصلاحيات نستخدم RevenueCat، التي تتلقى معلومات إيصال الشراء ومعرّفًا عشوائيًا للمستخدم ومعلومات أساسية عن الجهاز (مثل طراز الجهاز وإصدار النظام وإصدار التطبيق). لا تتلقى RevenueCat بيانات طنينك أو مذكرتك أو أي معلومات صحية.
١. البيانات الموجودة على جهازك — تردد الطنين وملفك السمعي، وتسجيلات المذكرة، وتقييمات النوم، ونتائج اختبار الهدوء، وإجابات تقييم الأثر، وإعدادات التطبيق. يمكنك محوها بالكامل بنفسك وفورًا دون الحاجة إلى مراسلتنا، بأيٍّ من الطرق التالية:
ما يبقيه المسح داخل التطبيق عمدًا: حالة الشراء أو الاشتراك، وأنك سبق أن استخدمت الفترة التجريبية المجانية (٧ أيام)، وعدد ما استهلكته من أيام الثلمة المجانية الخمسة. فمسح بياناتك لا يسلبك ما دفعت مقابله، ولا يمنحك فترة تجريبية جديدة ولا أيام ثلمة مجانية جديدة. أما حذف التطبيق أو مسح تخزينه فيزيل النسخة المحلية من الاثنين؛ ويظل بإمكانك استعادة عملية الشراء عبر Google Play بعد ذلك. ولإزالة سجلّ الشراء المحفوظ خارج جهازك، انظر البند ٢ أدناه.
ملاحظة: إذا سبق أن استخدمت «صدّر بياناتي»، فالملف المُصدَّر ملكك ويبقى حيث حفظته — احذفه بشكل منفصل. وإذا نسخت خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي من Google بيانات التطبيق، فأزلها من إعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي في حسابك على Google.
٢. بيانات الشراء لدى RevenueCat — المعرّف العشوائي للمستخدم، ومعلومات إيصال الشراء، ومعلومات الجهاز الأساسية الموضّحة أعلاه. لطلب حذفها، راسلنا على kyrillos25@gmail.com وليكن عنوان الرسالة «Sylence data deletion request»، مع ذكر تاريخ الشراء التقريبي حتى يمكن تحديد السجل — إذ لا يوجد اسم حساب للبحث به، لأن «سايلنس» بلا حسابات. تُنفَّذ الطلبات خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
٣. ما لا يمكن حذفه بناءً على الطلب. تحتفظ Google Play بسجلّها الخاص بالمعاملات لأغراض الفوترة والضرائب والاستردادات والالتزامات القانونية. هذه السجلات تخصّ Google لا نحن، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google، ولا يمكننا حذفها نيابةً عنك. كما أن حذف سجلّك لدى RevenueCat قد يعني تعذّر استعادة عملية شراء سابقة عند إعادة التثبيت.
تذكير المذكرة المسائي الاختياري يُجدوَل محليًا على جهازك، ولا تغادر بيانات الإشعارات هاتفك.
«سايلنس» أداة علاج صوتي وراحة، وليس جهازًا طبيًا. لا يشخّص الطنين ولا يعالجه ولا يشفيه. إذا كان طنينك جديدًا أو مفاجئًا أو في أذن واحدة، فاستشر أخصائي سمعيات أو طبيبًا.
